Thank you for choosing Picture This Magic™. Please be advised that all of our products are custom-made and personalized; therefore, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or make changes once an order has been submitted.

Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not possible as our design team begins processing and production immediately. In the event that a refund is requested and production has not yet commenced, a partial refund may be issued, less a $20 design and processing fee to account for preliminary work completed.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including those associated with returns, exchanges, and any customs or import duties for international shipments. Picture This Magic™ is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by the postal carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders placed using a promotional or discount code are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Should a return be necessary, please consult your local postal service for accurate shipping rates. We recommend utilizing the most cost-effective registered airmail service available to ensure safe delivery.

In cases where a package is lost or stolen after it has been shipped, customers are advised to contact their local postal service and provide the tracking information to initiate a claim. Picture This Magic™ cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages and is unable to offer refunds or replacements under these circumstances.
