Order Processing and Shipping

Each order at Picture This Magicā„¢ is carefully customized just for you. Here's what to expect regarding our processing and delivery timelines:

Processing Times

  • Standard Processing:
    Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to craft before shipping. Please note that this window is for production only and does not include shipping time.

  • Expedited Processing:
    If you select expedited processing at checkout, your order will be prioritized and completed within 3 business days.
    Important: Expedited service speeds up our internal production but does not impact shipping transit times.

ā³ Note: During busy seasons like holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, shipping times are approximately:

  • United States: 2ā€“5 business days

  • Canada: 1ā€“2 weeks

  • International: 2ā€“3 weeks (Customs may cause additional delays)

āš ļø Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers. Once an item leaves our facility, it is under the carrierā€™s control.

Important Shipping Details

  • International Orders: Customs processing can occasionally delay international shipments. Please allow additional time if shipping abroad.

  • Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Errors may result in delays or non-delivery.

  • Tracking ā€œIn Transitā€ Status:

    • For U.S. shipments: Packages may stay "In Transit" while moving through the carrierā€™s network.

    • For international shipments: Customs can cause extended "In Transit" updates. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Why Your Order May Be Delayed

  • High Volume: Peak times (like holidays or promotions) can increase processing times.

  • Carrier Delays: Weather, holidays, or logistical issues with carriers may affect delivery.

  • International Customs: Customs clearance can add days or weeks to shipping times.

If your order is significantly delayed, weā€™ll notify you.

Expedited Processing Details

Expedited processing (available at checkout) ensures your order is ready for shipment within 3 business days.
Please remember: expedited processing does not speed up shipping delivery by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We strongly recommend purchasing Package Protection at checkout for peace of mind.

  • Without Package Protection:
    Picture This Magic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after shipment. Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.

  • With Package Protection:
    If your protected package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at info@picturethismagic.com for assistance.

  • Damaged Packages:
    If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days with photos and your order number. Weā€™ll work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, depending on the situation.

Shipping Fees and Additional Costs

  • Customer Responsibility:
    Shipping fees, customs/import duties, and any additional postal charges are the customerā€™s responsibility.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
    All shipping costs ā€” both initial and return shipping ā€” are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled or returned.
